No. Use one, the other, or both. Whichever your body wants.

Bring your own towel (2 recommended), swimsuit or change of clothes and your water bottle to make sure you stay hydrated during your session.

No. Reset is open to everyone. Mickys members get a discount.

60 minutes. That's your time in the room — change in, use the sauna and plunge however you like, and change out before the next booking starts.
